Starting or creating a change to handle a challenge in life, requires first and foremost a “willingness” to change from within, It does not matter whether the challenge is related to a health issue, emotional issue such as grieving, depression, sadness or a financial one.
There is a saying: the willingness to do, give the ability to do. (by J-R.) This does not mean that you have to know all the steps or all the approaches to do. You just need to be willing to take the “first” step towards the desired solution and away from your present undesirable situation.
The first step starts a “process” towards change and/or transformation, depending on how committed one is to keep stepping up to achieve the goal or change a situation.
